• Develop one of the best (strongest midget-aged baseball programs
  
  
• Build a large foundation of midget-aged baseball players by keeping as many midget-aged players playing the sport for as long as possible
  
  
• Establish a baseball system that allows as many players as possible to play at a level where they can compete against players of similar calibe
  
  
• Form as many midget teams as possible and play in the best leagues at the appropriate level
  
  
• Give players in Regina the best coaching and provide developmental and training opportunities all year long
  
  
• Provide as many players as possible with as many opportunities as possible to complete for provincial, regional and national championships
