Vision
- Develop one of the best baseball programs in Regina
- Build a large foundation of 15 to 18 year old baseball players by keeping as many players playing the sport for as long as possible
- Establish a baseball system that allows as many players as possible to play at a level where they can compete against players of similar calibre
- Form as many teams as possible and play at the appropriate level
- Give players in Regina the best coaching and provide developmental and training opportunities all year long
- Provide as many players as possible with as many opportunities as possible to complete for provincial, regional, national & World Series championships
- Compete in SBA Midget AA & A provincials
- Compete on Little League All-Star teams for a chance to advance to a World Series.
- Senior (15, 16 year olds) & Big League (17, 18 year olds)
- Hosting Senior Canadians at Optimist Park in 2012 – host team + provincial rep
- Chance to advance to Babe Ruth regional tournaments in the USA
